1. Agreement to Participate

By purchasing an eligible product from Mavacrest Ltd, you may be granted automatic entry into a bonus prize draw. By accepting your entry, you agree to be bound by:

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for any bonus draw, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Provide a valid full name, email address, and payment confirmation

  • Not be an employee or direct relative of a Mavacrest Ltd employee

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any stage prior to awarding a prize.

3. Entry Conditions

  • Entry is free and automatically applied upon successful purchase of a qualifying digital product.

  • No separate purchase, payment, or registration is required to participate.

  • Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry, unless otherwise stated.

  • Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Draw Mechanics

Each bonus draw will be:

  • Conducted on the announced date

  • Run using a randomized, fair selection method, such as a certified RNG tool or manual supervised draw

  • Documented internally for transparency and compliance

  • Final – no disputes or correspondence will be entered into after winner selection

Winners will be contacted via email and may be displayed on our Winners page, with consent.

5. Claiming Prizes

Winners must:

  • Respond to our email within 14 calendar days

  • Provide proof of identity (if requested)

  • Provide a valid delivery address (for physical prizes)

  • Cover any import taxes/duties for deliveries outside the UK

Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn or forfeited at our discretion.

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information

  • Uses automated systems or multiple identities to enter

  • Attempts to manipulate or exploit the draw process

  • Violates our Terms & Conditions or Refund Policy

Severe cases may result in a lifetime ban and notification to relevant authorities.

All materials on www.mavacrest.com including branding, visual assets, mechanics, and layout are the intellectual property of Mavacrest Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our promotional structure, design, or language without prior written permission.
