This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the actions taken by Mavacrest Ltd to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chains.

1. Our Business

Mavacrest Ltd is a UK-based company operating a digital platform that offers downloadable products and bonus prize promotions. While our operations are digital and do not involve large-scale manufacturing, we recognize the importance of maintaining ethical practices across all tiers of our business.

2. Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This applies across:

  • Our internal team and collaborators

  • Contractors, freelancers, and digital service providers

  • Any third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners

We uphold and enforce a strict Ethical Conduct Policy which prohibits:

  • Forced labour

  • Human trafficking

  • Exploitative working conditions or servitude of any form

3. Supplier & Partner Due Diligence

Although we primarily deal in digital goods, any partner involved in fulfillment, prize delivery, or third-party services must:

  • Provide written confirmation of compliance with modern slavery laws

  • Operate transparently and ethically

  • Submit to screening or disqualification if suspected of non-compliance

We do not engage with suppliers who are unwilling or unable to meet these requirements.

4. Awareness & Training

While we are a small team, we ensure that:

  • All staff are briefed on modern slavery risks

  • Key personnel in procurement and compliance undergo periodic policy reviews

  • Any new partner onboarding includes an ethics declaration phase

5. Monitoring & Compliance

  • We review internal and external practices annually

  • Any concern raised will be investigated and may result in contract termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend any commercial relationship pending review
